Refund policy

Due to the limited qty on each item and the nature of the limited editions on most of these exclusive/limited items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you want more information, pictures, etc. Please contact me at any time and I will send more pictures if requested BEFORE the sale.

Due to the fact that I will be doing more cons this year, sometimes, I MIGHT not have an item that you have ordered.  I will do my due diligence and spend a significant amount of time looking for your items, if I cannot find the item I will refund the cost of the item, and a little bit of shipping if the weight of the missing item affected the shipping rate.  If this is an issue for your order like you order in pairs of characters events etc.  Please make a note on your order.  If I've already packed the order up for shipment I won't be able to issue a refund.

I will of course make every effort when it comes to damages in the mail try to make it right, but all items in the shop are either single or very low quantity, and so most times are irreplaceable.

If a package is lost and it was sent Priority I will file a claim with the Postal Service, and once approved I will issue a refund.

If you want to insure any items sent via USPS contact me FIRST and I will get you a shipping quote.

IF a package is marked delivered by the post office and you still have not received it call your local post office branch immediately and ask them to talk to the carrier.  All USPS packages when scanned are GPS tagged so you can have an idea as to what happened.  Unfortunately if the package is still not found I am not in a place to be able to offer refunds for stolen packages.  Once it is marked delivered there is not much I can do.

International Shipping issues - Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, destroyed, or lost by Customs UNLESS the order is returned to us in an undamaged and resalable condition. A refund will be issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. In addition, if I am billed for the cost of the return shipment due to restrictions, you may be responsible for that cost, too.
